2 egg whites (beaten lightly)

Drain the meat of liquid and take out any flakes. Place the crabmeat in a bowl and cover it with mayonnaise. Add in the Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard and onions. Toss in the chili pepper and the hot pepper sauce. Add the egg whites, salt and pepper.
Set the crackers on a plate. Spray some salt and pepper on it. Shape the cakes like a patty and coat it with the crackers. Make another patty shape and repeat the process. You’re almost done with this simple crab cake recipe. Coat the skillet with some olive oil spray. Add in the crab meat. Cook each side for 5 minutes.
Crab Cake / Muffin
Ingredients
½ cup of onions (chopped)
2 beaten eggs
½ cup of celery (chopped)
1 lb of crab meat
½ tsp of prepared mustard
Bread slices (8 to 10, crumbled)
1 tbsp of butter
Instructions
Melt the butter in a skillet (medium heat). Toss in the celery and onion. Sauté it for 5 minutes (wait for the onion to turn transparent). Put the crab meat in a bowl. Add the eggs, onions and celery.
Add the mustard and stir. Toss in the bread crumbs. Sprinkle a bit of the crab juice to dampen it a bit. Grease the muffin pan. Fill it 2/3 of the way. Bake it at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
