20 raw shrimps (small, without the shell)

½ tsp of shrimp paste
2 tsp of sugar
A pinch of black pepper
2 tsp of chili sauce
2 tbsp of fish sauce

Instructions
Cook the rice. Get a bowl and combine all the stir fry ingredients of this rice recipe in a cup. Put a frying pan over medium high heat. Add a couple of tablespoons of oil. Toss in the garlic and onions. Sauté it for a minute. Pour in the cooking wine. Stir for a couple of minutes.
Put the raw shrimp in a pan. Fry for 3 minutes. Push the shrimp to the side of the pan. Pour in a couple of teaspoons of oil and add the eggs. Fry the eggs for a minute. Throw in the peas and rice.
Add the stir fry sauce you made earlier. Use a couple of utensils to toss the mix. Continue cooking this until the peas become hot. Take away from the heat. Add ½ tsp of fish sauce. Serve it hot.
Thai Rice
Ingredients
2 cups of Thai rice (for this rice recipe, jasmine scented is best)
2 cups of water
½ tsp of sugar
1 ½ cups of coconut milk (thick)
½ tsp of salt
Instructions
Put the rice in a rice cooker. Pour in the water, coconut milk and sugar. Add the salt. Stir it. Cover it and cook. When the cooker gets to warm mode, cook for 10 minutes.
Rice with Tomatoes
Ingredients
4 bacon slices (diced)
4 green tomatoes (medium, peeled and chopped)
8 green onions (sliced)
1 jalapeño pepper (minced)
1 cup of long grain rice
Salt and pepper
A dash of Tabasco sauce
2 cups of chicken broth
1/3 cup of parmesan cheese
Instructions
Begin this simple rice recipe by sautéing the bacon on medium heat. Put them in paper towels. Remove all but 1 tablespoon of the bacon dripping. Sauté the onions there for a minute. Toss in the green tomatoes. Cook for 1 minute longer. Toss in the jalapeno. Cook for 30 seconds.
Pour in the chicken broth, rice, Tabasco sauce and other herbs you want to add. Boil it. Set the heat to low. Allow it to simmer for 25 minutes until the rice is soft. Add the cheese. Top it off with bacon.
Wild Rice with Mushrooms

¼ cup of butter
½ cup of celery (chopped)
¼ cup of carrots
¾ cup of onion (chopped)
3 cups of chicken broth
1/3 tsp of poultry seasoning
1/3 cup of almonds
1 cup of wild rice (raw)
1 cup of mushrooms (sliced)
Instructions
Let the butter melt in a skillet. Add the rice, mushrooms and onion. Put in the carrots and celery. Keep cooking until the vegetables turn brown. Pour in the chicken broth and seasoning. Put the cover on and let it simmer for 40 minutes. Add almonds prior to serving.
