6 green peppers (large)

Cook the beef and onions until the meat turns brown. Add the rest of the ingredients. Set heat to medium low. Add water if needed. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. Take out the tops and seed of the peppers. Put the mix in the peppers. Bake it for 35 minutes in the oven (375 degrees).
